DESIGN/BUILD Kuchar Electric has serviced the Rock-Industry for 23 years. This industry is not engineering dependent, many projects are "over the table" and handshakes are often accepted as fluently as written purchase orders. This work environment throws Kuchar Electric into a design build situation on a daily basis. We offer years of experience and CAD support. We will submit
our engineering and design work in a professional manner so that you have a clear understanding of our intentions. We have constructed applications from suspended bridgework to grass roots electrical power distribution.
CRUSHER INTEGRATION
Kuchar Electric integrates crushers, we design/build crushers for Nordberg and Cedarapids on a regular basis. We followthe project to the field and setup the crusher interlocking system based on customer requirements.
OPERATOR CABINS (POP-UP)
Kuchar Electric will coordinate with other companies; we work with the specialists to bring you the best products available. El-Russ has developed an excellent operator cabin that uses hydraulics to rise through the roof of a trailer. Kuchar Electric uses these cabin systems and modifies the trailer to customer specifications. We have developed a drip shield and gutter system that is water resistant. The pop-up trailers traditionally have a great viewing advantage, but leak badly. This is one way that listening to our customers has helped us develop better solutions to an annoying problem.
CUSTOM ELECTRICAL GUTTERS
Kuchar Electric power trailers come with custom electrical gutters; panel design is generated at Kuchar and constructed by Kendo Corporation, a 12ga. Mild steel gutter with mounting cutouts. Kuchar Electric then mounts the gutter to the trailer frame and assembles a GRD conduit system from the trailer floor to the top of the gutter. The motor leads are wired to three poles four wire motor power receptacles. These plugs are weather proof and water tight. |
CONSOLET'S The operator uses Consolet's to run his system. Kuchar Electric uses Square D multi-use buttons; they have a start/stop button, with a pilot light that is illuminated when the motor is running. The emergency stop button will terminate power to the entire power system in case of serious problems. An alarm horn button is also standard equipment COMMON OPTIONS - 120VAC plug and receptacle power distribution
